Creating a 1:1 Relationship

Manage all aspects of you one-on-one relationships by creating a 1:1 Relationships with each of your team members.

1. Navigate to the My 1:1s

Here you will see a list of all existing 1:1 Relationships that you belong to.


2. Click the New 1:1 button to open the New 1:1 Relationship creation dialog.


3. Enter the email address of the person you're inviting to this 1:1 Relationship.


4. Use the dropdown to select the Role in this 1:1 Relationship for the invited user.


5. There are three different role types supported for 1:1 Relationships.

Choose the Manager role if you report to this colleague. If this team member reports to you, select the Report role. Lastly, if there is no reporting relationship with the invitee, you may select the Peer role.


6. Click the Create 1:1 button to finalize and create the 1:1 Relationship.

If the person you are creating the 1:1 Relationship with is already a Teaming user, the user will automatically be added to the relationship and notified. If the person does not have a Teaming user account, an invitation email will be sent containing a link to sign up with Teaming.


7. Click on the 1:1 Relationship to open and explore!
