Detailed Step-by-step Guide:

The following are the step-by-step instructions for preparing and running your next 1:1 meeting in Opre.

1. To get started, open My 1:1s and choose the colleague you're meeting with

TIP: Click the star icon ⭐️ next to a 1:1 relationship to add it to your main navigation.


2. Your 1:1 will open to the Notes & meetings tab.

This is the area where you and your colleague will collaborate to create a meeting agenda and document the conversation as you are having it.


3. Create a blank agenda by clicking New Shared Note or selecting a template from Opre's Template Library to start with a predefined agenda.

After adding a new note, you can give it a title and specify the date and time of the meeting.

4. Collaborate with your colleague to finalize the agenda and document the conversation to capture important notes, action items, and decisions.

5. Use the Work Style comparisons to gain a better understanding of your similarities and differences so that you can adapt your approach to be most impactful.


6. Discover tips and coaching on the About tab to deepen your understanding of your colleague and learn how to best communicate with them.

Explore your teammate's tendencies, strengths, and challenges to personalize your perspective and help them reach their full potential.
