This article describes how to leverage Opre's Zoom integration to run effective meetings.

Opre Assistant for Zoom Meetings Help Documentation


Description:

The Opre Zoom App allows the Opre Assistant to seamlessly join your Zoom meetings to listen in and generate notes, providing you with meeting coaching.


Adding the Opre Zoom App:

1. Enter/Paste your Zoom video conference link within Opre to associate your meeting with the video conference.

2. Upon doing so for the first time, you will be presented with an "Authorize and save" or "Authorize and go" button.

3. Click on this button.

4. An authorization page will open, allowing you to integrate Opre with your Zoom account. If you are not currently logged into Zoom, you will be prompted to log in with your Zoom credentials first. Make sure you use your Zoom credentials with may differ from your Opre credentials.

5. Once authorized, Opre will remember this setting for future Zoom meetings.

Note: Users only need to complete this authorization process once.


Usage:

With the Opre integration, your Opre Assistant will join your Zoom meetings, capturing the meeting content to create a transcript and automatically generate comprehensive notes for your convenience.

Prerequisites:

- An active Opre account.

- An active Zoom account.


Removing the Opre App for Zoom:

If you choose to remove the Opre app from your Zoom account, the Opre Assistant will be required to request permission to record in Zoom every time it joins your meeting.

Steps to Remove Opre from Zoom:

1. Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.

2. Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Opre" app.

3. Click the "Opre" app.

4. Click Remove.

Q: Is there an additional cost for the Zoom integration?

A: No, it's included in your Opre license.

Q: Does Opre retain the meeting recording?

A: No, the recording is deleted as soon as the meeting notes and transcript are generated (usually in less than 2 minutes).

Q: Where do I find the meeting notes and transcript in Opre?

A: They will be embedded in the meeting's Shared Notes that were associated with the Zoom call.
